DO YOUR PCS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
DDE Gaming uses only genuine, UK-sourced parts from reputable suppliers to ensure your enjoyment, safety and the reliability of your computer. As a result, all of our components are covered by a manufacturer's warranty - you will be advised of specific warranty periods when you place your order. Please contact us should you have any issues with your PC.
PLEASE NOTE: Overclocking your CPU, RAM or GPU can invalidate your manufacturers warranty, as can using your computer/components for Cryptocurrency mining - warranty returns/replacements are at the discretion of individual manufacturers following product testing and DDE Computing/DDE Gaming will not be held liable for warranty claims refused by manufacturers.

Here at DDE we source components from a variety of trusted companies to get you the best deal. As there is only 1 employee, you're not paying for an admin team, a sales team, an engineer and a CEO! As we are based from our home premises, you don't have to foot the bill for a huge warehouse, a store or a workshop. And lastly, we don't believe in extorting our customers - in fact, we try our best to not only match specifications elsewhere, but to match or beat them on price too!
